Recently the Digital Marketing Course become popular and popular. Many of us will start asking "What is Digital Marketing?", "Does it benefits me?", "Why should I learn it?"
                                     



As a Human Resource professional, I do question myself, "Will Digital Marketing skill benefits for my HR industry?". "Digital Marketing" is a specialist for Marketing professionals? in my brain had come out thousand of questions and finally, I had found the answer after I take up Digital Marketing Course. Thanks for the trainer for sharing his great experience and thank you for skill future credit which I able to claim my skill future credit to attend the course.

I will recommend everyone go take up Digital Marketing skills as it will become an essential skill for a new normal work environment, especially during this COVID'19 period.


Let me share with you how Digital Marketing skills will bring an impact to the Human Resource industry.




Google AdWords keyword planner which is a powerful tool for all of us to do analyze. For HR professionals, it can enhance our recruitment by using a keyword planner to analyze our Job Advertisements such as "Job Title", "Job Description", "Job Requirement".

With the keyword planner, it will help us to have a better understanding of our Job Advertisement monthly search record and impression rate.

Recruitment with the keyword planner tool will increase our Job Advertisement impression and bring out the attention to relevant potential candidate and it will be a useful tool for Headhunter.


Email Marketing


For Email Marketing, we can use as Employee Engagement tool such as "Employee Employment Satisfaction Survey", "Compensation and Rewards Feedback", "Job Order requisition Form" for a pool of part-timers, and etc.

Another tool such as Facebook Marketing, SEO will be share in next time.

I hope with my sharing with give you an understanding of Digital Marketing and grant some ideas to implement in the HR industry.

For my personal views that Digital Marketing does not only belong to Marketing Expert, everyone should have learn in and it will be a useful skill in your career either in Admin, Finance, Sales or etc
